Let’s slide through your workout-discs!

You hear them say; no pain, no gain. This is really not true with these core sliding discs. With these sliding discs you can slide through your total body work without any difficulty.

These lightweight sliding discs are easy to carry for a workout on location. Thanks to the 2-sidedness of the discs, they can be used on any surface.

The discs have a diameter of 17.5 centimeters. They have a hard side, which is meant for exercises on carpet, and a soft side that is meant for exercises on a hard surface. There are countless exercises possible, think of exercises for a six pack (and then we do not mean soft drinks) or an exercise that gives you just a bit more the buttocks of Kim K. 'Knee Tuck'
Place the discs under both feet and go into plank position.
From the plank position, pull both knees towards the chest.
Then you place your legs back in plank position.
Repeat as often as possible.

'Reverse Tuck'
Lie on the back and place the discs under both feet
Form a bridge (feet on the floor and hips of the floor)
Slide both legs at the same time forward and back again

'Arm Slide'
Squat on your knees and place discs under both hands.
At the same time, with the hands sliding forward, knees remain on the floor and feet in the air.
Stretch as far as possible, and chest as close as possible to the ground.

'Arm Circle'
Place the discs under the hands and go into plank position
Bring one hand forward and make a circle
