Summer Friday's - Overtime Mask
Thanks to the success of Marianna Hewitt & Lauren Gores Ireland their blogs, they have been able to test a countless number of beauty products and treatments. But they were always looking for that one product that was good for their skin and gave a selfie worthy glow at the same time. They created their first product with a team of experts. A simple mask that would make the skin look beautiful. They want to give everyone a chance to take a little 'Summer Friday' time for themselves.
The first product launched by Summer Friday was the Jet Leg Mask. A few weeks ago, Summer Friday launched their second product; The Overtime Mask. This mask contains vitamins A, K and C, pumpkin, apricot seed powder and oat kernel protein. The Overtime Mask is created for the dull and overloaded skin and is free from phthalates, surfactants, petroleum, BHT, BHA or silicones.
The mask is in a nice metallic blue tube. And the first thing I noticed is that it really smells delicious! Before I apply the mask to my face, I have cleaned my face well with a facial cleanser. The apricot powder has a fine structure, so you don’t scrub the sheets off your face but instead removed it all the dirt from your face. As indicated, I have massaged the mask for 60 seconds, leaved it on for 10 minutes and washed off with warm water. The mask doesn’t cure so it is easy to remove. The result is a super soft skin, it feels smoother and a lot brighter in color.
I honestly admit that it is a good peeling with a fine grain. It certainly gave your skin a touch up, it feels soft and smooth again. It indicates to use the mask twice a week. I think this is different for everyone because every skin type is different. For my skin I would use the mask once a week as extra cleaning and combine it with the Jet Lek Mask as Moisturizer to touch up my skin.
The Overtime Mask is for sale on the website of Summer Friday for $ 44.00 this is € 38.58. It is a somewhat more expensive product but definitely worth the money!
